Brazil’s Information Ecosystem: What is Transparency’s Impact?

Does transparency make a difference in Brazil? The current essay discusses the determinants and health of Brazil’s information ecosystem; it advances arguments on how and why Brazil has tended to underinvest in information and transparency, and postures the government ought to adopt as a means of moving forward.
